Description
Lithuanian Innovation Centre is implementing the project “Improvement of professional competencies of accountants, bookkeepers and auditors”, No. 09.4.3-ESFA-K-814-02-0010, financed by the European Social Fund under Measure of the 2014-2020 European Union Funds Investment Operational Programme 9th priority “Public Education and Increasing of the Potential of Human Resources” tool no. 09.4.3-ESFA-K-814-02 “Competences LT”.
The goal of the project is to ensure continuous maintenance of the qualification level of the employees of the companies by providing them with the highest quality training.
The task of the project is to improve the professional competencies of accountants, bookkeepers and auditors in order to expand and deepen their existing competencies.
The project coordinated by Lithuanian Innovation Centre is intended for companies with main activities attributed to group 69.3 “Accounting, bookkeeping and auditing activities; tax advice”. It is planned that during the project 67 small or very small Lithuanian companies will participate in the competence development activities and 310 accountants, bookkeepers and auditors from various Lithuanian regions will improve their professional qualification.
Participation in this project will preserve existing and create new jobs, while ensuring the growth of state and municipal budget revenues. Improving qualification of employees will directly contribute to the growth of the competitiveness not only of the participants of the project but also the whole region.
