Repower Industries
Promoting better policies for Industrial Energy independence and security

Geopolitical tensions have demonstrated how some EU strategic sectors, such as the industry and agroindustry, are severely exposed to international disturbances in the energy market. Therefore EU Parlament has shifted its focus from crisis-response mode to a long-term vision on energy security. This includes finding new supply of raw materials, promoting renewables, increased grid interconnections, and other policy measures to assure the energy independency of critical economic sectors.
The project objective is to promote the energy independence of industries, especially in strategic sectors, assuring the energy self-sufficiency of factories and tertiary buildings, providing them with energy availability at any time and at an affordable price.
